Ben started Premium CCTV in 2018 after years working for national security firms. He saw how large companies treated customers — rushed jobs, call centres, no aftercare. He built Premium CCTV on the opposite principles: arrive on time, explain everything clearly, don't leave until the customer is confident.

All systems are installed to British Standards. We're certified AJAX and Uniview partners, and every job comes with a minimum 12-month warranty. We carry full public liability insurance and all engineers are DBS checked.
